Event Description:
The Advisory Board was formed to assist the staff of St. Paul's Early Childhood Program in planning for the future. It is a group of interested parents who meet once a month to discuss areas of concern and plan future stategies. The goals of the Advisory Board are:
- Advise on financial, budgeting, management and internal controls
- Act as an independent, unbiased sounding board
- Help the director develop a long-term strategic plan
- Expand the center's network fo business contacts
- Broaden community support and understanding
Board members serve for a term of 2 years and commit to a position on one of the following committees: Fundraising, Teacher Appreciation, Strategic Planning, Publicity and Secretary.
All ECP parents are also welcome to attend.

The first day of school for the ECP students is September 4, 2007. Parent Orientation will be held on September 4th & 5 in Beck Hall.
Note the schedule below for the parent orientation information:
T-Th 9:30a.m. to 11:30a.m. (Sept. 4)
MWF 9:30a.m. to 11:30a.m. (Sept. 5)

Event Description:
The Meet and Greet the Teacher for parents and children will be held on August 31, 2007. In order to accommodate all parents and children it will be necessary to follow the schedule below:
- MWF parents & children from 9:30a.m. to 10:15a.m.
- T-Th parents & children from 11:00a.m. to 11:45a.m.
If your child is attending the ECP all week then you may attend both sessions.
