ECP Advisory Board Meeting

Event Description:
The Advisory Board was formed to assist the staff of St. Paul's Early Childhood Program in planning for the future. It is a group of interested parents who meet once a month to discuss areas of concern and plan future stategies. The goals of the Advisory Board are:
- Advise on financial, budgeting, management and internal controls
- Act as an independent, unbiased sounding board
- Help the director develop a long-term strategic plan
- Expand the center's network fo business contacts
- Broaden community support and understanding
Board members serve for a term of 2 years and commit to a position on one of the following committees: Fundraising, Teacher Appreciation, Strategic Planning, Publicity and Secretary.
All ECP parents are also welcome to attend.
